how to remove Mugen visors?

I am getting sick of my Mugen visors. Gonna go visorless for a while and then MAYBE get slim visors. These are just a bitch to keep clean and I am getting tired of them. Do I roll down the window and remove the weatherstripping to get the screws out and then pull off the part with the tape? Will the tape leave some nasty shit behind that won't come off?

haha okay I'll probably sell them for $130 not sure if shipping included because they are big, dunno how much it'll cost to ship. I'll figure it out once I get an answer so I don't mess them or my car up lol

I haven't removed mine. But if I have to do it, I would use a heat gun and gluegone to remove the residue.

well it rains daily here in Florida for the most part, but I'll look into that paintsealant. Maybe I just suck at keeping my car clean. I really like meguiars quik detailer though.

pull out weather stripping. remove pins/clips. alternativly, you cna gently bend the metal clips and rotate them out of teh window channel. then starting at one end, gently, but firmly, twist the visor towards the roof.

chances are it will leave a sticky residue and parts of the tape on the car, but if you use pressure with your thumb and rub it, it will come off in chunks leaving the surface clean. if there is any residue that is very difficult to remove, use goo-gone.
