no that's more like a rear lip than a diffuser, though it does have the fins for a "diffuser-ish look"

Gotchya, this bumper sais it fits USDM FIT so I'm planning on doing this along with their(honda fit tuner) Spoon replica spoiler... any input or experience with HFTs' products?

Yes and no. I think he is still an admin, but I think he rarely comes on. He has a Fit, though. Check in the Canadian section to see if he has posted anything lately. Or just PM him. I love that bumper. And the spoiler that he used to have and the one Ray has now.
