JDM Front end conversion

Does anyone know where the best place to get the parts for a JDM front end conversion quickly?

My body shop just called me and told me the damage on the car is around $11,500 USD and I figure I can probably get the JDM parts for about the same price as the USDM parts for the front end. Maybe just a little bit out of pocket.

I would need to be able to get these parts within a month though in order to get the insurance company to let me do it though. Otherwise they'll just use the USDM parts

Any help is always appreciated, thank you

-Nick

I don't think you can get hold of the parts in a month unless you have direct contacts with the supplier (most likely not in stock). Even so, the actual shipping will be longer than a month.

I've decided to just get the OEM lips on it. I really like the way the OEM lips look when there's no fog lights.

Either that or a J's replica front lip. Anyone know where I can get one of those? I'm too poor to buy the real thing right now.

nope. they are in the process of moving. and for HOP JDM parts, they arent a very good supplier of those. they are better at getting rare aftermarket parts.

the fastest way to get your stuff is going straight to the source (japan)

GD1 front end would be tits.

But unfortunately a conversion is no longer an option. At least for the time being. The body shop told me if I bring them a lip, they'll paint it at the same time as my bumper so it'll only cost me $100 for paint. I'm trying to find a replica lip because I'm probably going to buy the sides/rear lip off fit_love

WTB Front lip!

I ordered my JDM Conversion parts all from China. China was blessed with the JDM exterior (unlucky for the Civic = USDM). The Mid Model Change bumper is also available in China on the '08 AT Sport Model.

Shipping to Canada was shared with other people by exporting company via container ships.
