If I want to go spoiler less what could I use to cover the holes? Any suggestions? thanks!!

just use some good electrical tape

The way it is normally done is either to weld a plate to the underside or use fibreglass putty before filling it with body filler and respray.

You can of course just use some rubber grommets but I would treat any exposed metal with some anti-rust (zinc based) paint first.
