Ugly Tail Lights & Photoshop Help

Alright every time I see these tail lights I think damn those are ugly.


But I can't help but wonder what they would look like on a Fit and with the black part painted to match the body color of the car.

Anyone with Photoshop skills and free time, please help. Thanks
