I purchased JDM/OEM taillights for my 07 Fit and discovered that the 2 smaller bulb sockets will not fit/plug into the corresponding socket holes in the JDM houseing. How is this problem being delt with. Are JDM?OEM sockets required or is the existing bulb socket modified to fit/plug into the JDM houseing. I took my fit to the dealership to have the job done properly and they were not willing to modify the bulb sockets. Please advise. sigman@runbox.com

 

are you talking about the two very small sockets? because those are not used in the JDM lights. If your talking about the reverse/trun light sockets I had no problem with them fitting. otheres it was a tight fit and some even had to trim them a bit to fit.
