Pix of Fit with Front-End Mask

Received it this evening and sapped a quick picture before it was fully dark outside. It was a pain in the ass to install as the mask needs to stretch out. But I don't see it being that much of a hassle taking it on/off once it has broken in.

neat. i wanted to see a fit with a cover on it. i'm thinking of ordering one for the fit i'm about to get since mississippi roads have lots of gravel to jack up a car's front.

It started raining so I took it off but, I'll post some more pix on the first Sunny day I put it on. Everyone in the neighborhood has ben hawking the Fit and each had an opinion about the Mask... the majority like it much better without it on. I have to agree as the front end of the car is too F*cking cool to cover-up.

Right now I only plan on putting it on when I know the weather is gonna be dry and I can any predict road conditions and hazards. Right now, Sections of the Brooklyn/Queens Expressway in NYC are under construction and shoot up allot of gravel, So I 'll be having it on to go to work whenever I can.

It looks allot better (in my opinion) with just the Hood Mask on with no Bumper Mask Section.

It's not a real necessity if you ask me. Unless you really want to protect the front end and you can deal with the on/off of the Mask .

i'll probably buy it just to have it on hand for those times i'll be driving far or on shitty areas. can you just leave the thing on or are there times where you should have it off like how you said you took it off since it rained?

not my cup of tea. If you really need to protect the front, just install a Clearbra. If it's for looks, and you like it, keep it on.

Not something I would put on my Fit, but to each his own! I would recommend getting a clear bra instead as well...

After a while I didn't like it much. It takes away from the Fit's style in my opinion. I use hood-mask once in a while though.

I had one for my Prelude, but its just more of a pain to have to take it off when it rains or if it gets wet. If it stays on when wet, it screws up the paint. I just thought they were more hassle than anything. Plus, if you use it to keep dings and scratches from messing up the paint, then the paints gonna be covered up any way with the bra.... whos gonna see the paint then...

Its a lot easier to install the Bra if you lay it in the sun before installation.
I did this with my moms New Beetle's Bra. Also cleared the wrinkles.

I like it. Its good for certain love bug season in FL!!! AHHH!!!
