Rear jdm GD3

What does the rear jdm conversion consist of? I only want to do the rear. I just screwed my back bumper up and I have a jdm mugen tail gate garnish I thought I'd never use.

What are the parts I need to do the rear and where can I get them

Where can I buy it? Will I need to cut the crash bar?

If so I think I'll just get the ings replica rear bumper.

Will it look bad. I only like the rear bumper the rest of the kit is ugly it will flow with the oem skirts.

JDM rear bumper and just cut your stock rebar shorter. I think if you get the USDM bumper and put the mugen tail gate garnish it won't look right because the USDM bumper is a little bit longer. You might think of the whole conversion. Kingmotorsports has it for $1500. I e-mailed and asked what front and rear bumper it will come with. If its the 1.5s. I'm all over the conversion. I can tell you a few guys selling the 1.5S rear bumper was around $500 - $700. What a savings.

Basically just the rear bumper and shortening of the crashbar. I just bought a J's bar for mine. It's just to keep the stability, but otherwise its almost useless. JDM rear bumpers take 2-3months to ship from overseas. I have the Type-S.

For the JDM rear conversion, you actually need the rear monocoque bar along with the rear bumper and you'll be good to go.

If you need pricing on either, let me know, I can put that together for you.

Just to give you a heads up as well, the JDM bumpers also come painted!

Regards,

Jason @ AJR
