I install 40% tints to all windows and the car look great.The AC works more better.

 

this thread makes me giggle.....i had FHP pull me over the other day because he couldnt believe how dark my tints were, he had no intention of even giving me a ticket he just "had to know" according to him haha. and for the record my tints at 4% all around


pitch black and it was the middle of the day in miami, fl

 

damn. even if i legal could, i don't think i would go that dark. seems extremely excessive to me. i would hate to drive at night.

 

i love it, car is always cool as a cucumber lol. you know everyone says you cant see at night, i do not have that problem. i guess its because i live in miami and its a city so there are lights everywhere, but as long as there are streets lights you will have no problem driving anywhere.

when i had my bmw i had 2% all around and 35% on the front windshield and never had a problem driving at night...

 

Do yourself a favor and TINT your windows.

This is with limo tint in the back (10%) 15 on the back sides and 25 on the front sides.

 

Don't be afraid to vary it as you go down the side. Mine is DARK. I live in Arkansas/Oklahoma and I've never been asked any questions about the tint by the cops and I've been pulled over roughly 5 times since I did it. I just tend to roll down my windows when I'm pulled over to keep the attention off my windows and on what's inside instead. I'm breaking the laws in both states but the cops here can't afford to have the device to test it anyways. Just ask around before you get it done so you can go as dark as possible without having to worry. The guy at the shop should be able to give you a good idea how dark you can go. But anyways go dark.

 

I wanted to keep my tint even, so I'm at the legal front window limit here in CO. 27% all the way around including the strip on the windshield.

 

Wow what about windshield??? I want limo on back and driver and passenger about 35%
