Has anybody used one of the eBay lip kits to convert a base model to sport? Thanks in advance!

Just wondering if there are huge fitment issues on these and if they are a waste of money. Just dont want to pay the $1500 from the dealer for the kit.

 

Yea, been looking at these for awhile too ever since my front lip was stolen. Hopefully someone with one will chime in.

 

hit or miss ... sometimes it fits with no problem ... sometimes it fits WITH problems.

 

I went ahead and ordered side skirts from one seller today. If the fitment is good, I will order the front and rear lips as well. I read feedback on other lip kits and they give positive reviews. I will keep my fingers crossed and let you know what happens.

 

i actually did the same thing. its polyeurathane so it could bend under the sun. but so far no problems. u should be good to go.

 

Cool, well I ordered the side skirts and will be ordering the front and rear lips later this week. I will keep my fingers crossed. I would rather spend $200 and at least try it than the $1500 from the dealer.

I got the side skirts in today and will order the front and rear lips this week. I pulled them out of the box and there is a slight bow in the skirt from front to back, but I think once it is installed with the supplied brackets it should look great. I havent put them on the car yet to test acutal fitment, but so far so good. I ordered the skirts seperately from the lips to see if this seller had good products. I will keep you posted.
