Lightbulb Sunroof

I getting the Webasto Hollandia 300 installed in my fit on March 2nd. I too like the type that flips out and looks like a spoiler, plus I'm getting the Rain sensor accessory added to mine. With the weather that we get in Nova Scotia I'm not taking an chances of forgetting to close the roof, or trying to rember if I did. I'll post pic's afterwards.

Sunroof Qs

Isn't it a safety issue with the roof. I would love a sunroof but I was under the impression thats why it is not offered as an option from Honda. If anyone knows any different please let me know!!

Doesnt it make any creaking sound when your car is on an uneven road? I know of 3 people that wishes they never put a webasto sunroof on their car.. But then again this was years ago. Maybe webasto has better sunroofs now. Would love to put one on, as long as there no creaking problems.

It just wasn't offered as an Option in US. Rest of the world get the power moonroof option with tilt and slide. I have one in mine!

Please excuse the magazine cover 'spoof' but only pic I have on my PC....

Thats because the U.S. is a ball buster on safety. Thats why they had to redesign the USDM front & rear bumpers for safety. The reason Iwas told they didn't offer sunroofs was because it was a safety issue in the U.S.
