P0303 - Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected
2009 Honda Fit - 91,800 miles. Car was driven in WI for 6 yrs and now 4 years in GA climate. Under 1500 miles ago had the works done on car by dealership - oil change, battery service, engine oil additive, fuel system cleaner, alignment etc. Last week replaced battery it was 3 years old. A day later low fuel light came on (normally don’t do this but was distracted with battery replacement). On way to gas station Check Engine Light came on. Filled up car and checked with code reader error which was P0303. On reader said 1 pending and 1 stored. Could low/crap in fuel cause this or is it something bigger going on? Also did a shop clear this code previously if 1 was stored in reader? Thoughts on trouble shooting this code given above. Thanks so much!!

fuel wise, i drive with my light on every 2 weeks, for at least a day or 2. so i doubt that has anything to do with it. you get something like 30ish miles from the time it goes on to the time your car stalls. my full tank of gas usually lasts 2 weeks..and i usually fill it up on or within a couple of days of payday. its my crude way of measuring gas mileage. theres tons of different fuel additives, personally i like the Lucas brand fuel treatment quart at walmart for $10, and it usually gives me 2-3 mpg more...and i like to think that it neutralizes my fuel in the event i get some bad gas.
But realistically, id stop driving it....it sounds like its time to buy a set of spark plugs and a torque wrench....and brief yourself on the many "loose spark plug" threads on this site.
good luck
