High Mileage 2007 w/Check Engine light

My 2007 HF/Base got 309K miles, easy-peasy. Since 12/2021, recurring problem saying Cylinder 1 misfiring; mechanic replaced all 4, but 1K later - message back & car really was misfiring - prob on 1 & 4. Was on vacation, when I got back, he replaced coil 1 and the 2 fuel injectors - 1 & 4 - and car ran perfectly again. Since then, although it still runs great; I've had the check engine light come on 5x more - he has now replaced coil #1 again, this time with a genuine Honda coil (3rd time it has been replaced in 6 months). I am not mechanical at all, but I think the important clue is that 6 of the 7x - the car had just started up in the morning (as in backing out of my driveway & the light comes on). The exception was when it came on and he solved it by the new fuel injectors, which was the second of these 7x. Car has almost 314K @ this point. My goal is 450K - can anyone help me solve this so I can drive with peace of mind?

Problem seems to be solved - my local garage replaced the wire harness (not sure if it was the entire wire harness or just for Cylinder 1) and I now have 2,300 miles since that repair without having the check engine light come on!
