Angry Honda Fit P0700 and P0132 (CEL and D Blinking)

Hi all,

Some help with my Honda Fit would be greatly appreciated. So its been happening ever since I bought the car a couple years ago, where if I start the car once its stayed off overnight or a long period of time and put it to DRIVE, it used to hesitate a second or 2 before it moved. Overtime it had gotten worse and now when I start it in the morning it sometimes takes up to 5 minutes for the car to move when on DRIVE! I asked my local mechanic and another handyman friend and they both said change the transmission oil. So I had that changed but that only seemed to make the issue worse because now it doesn't move straight away pretty much every time I start it instead of just the morning. The check engine light is on as well and it says the fault codes are P0700 AND P0132 (These recently came on). When I put it to DRIVE and it does not move, after a few seconds the "D" on the PRNDL bar on the dashboard starts blinking. Does anyone have any advice or idea as to what could be causing it? Its a 2005 model Automatic Honda Jazz/Fit (Maybe Semi-Auto because it has padel thingees on the steering wheel?) Also, eventually when it starts running it runs fine, just makes some loud noises when I'm holding the break pedal sitting on a traffic light.

Thank you in advanced!
