Anyone advise on this noise PLEASE!!!

Hey all, ive just purchased Honda Fit RS 2008. Im hearing the noise in videos only on the first morning startup and then no longer for the rest of the day. Ive had the drivebelt replaced but didnt fix. Any thoughts???
