is it Fit for a first car?

Ahh i want a good first car.. my mom's 03' BMW 330i would be Exellent!.. Its automatic! that means i'll have to save up like 5k to swap to 6spd now i was planning this : ok grades = fit, better than ok = mom's car, A+'s = 2007 BMW 335i...

But how good is the Fit? Is it easy to get what model i want exactly? Does the dealer install accesories i buy for free like the bumper applique? Can i live with the 109hp engine? being only 15, im restricted to Gran Tourismo as the closest i get to driving a fit. and OMG... a fully lightened spoon fit with 209 hp makes me wanna KILL myself! it doesnt accelerate on a hill.. But it does turn blindingly fast

Now im not rich or anything, thats why im looking at a fit. i WANT my mom's car or another BMW but i dont want my parents to buy it if they cant afford it, thats why im looking for cheaper GOOD alternatives. I REALLY love the fit because of how versatile it is and its so cute! but its the 109hp im crying over... if i get one i plan to swap it with the stock civic engine whenever waranty dies. Im talking about the new civic engine. Its not very fast but its realistic! the K20 is gigantic and i can imagine changing simple things will be a horror!

only reason why im not wanting a K20 also is because i want to save up for a... S2000 as my track car! i wanna follow in the footsteps of my sister, she has an Acura RSX Type S as a daily and for her weekend/track its a 93' Mazda RX7 Twin-Turbo! but for me i like N/A power and on a track i think good throttle response is more important than having a lot of power. So thats why i want an S2000.

anyways! what do you guys think? im also looking at the 1996-1999 (EK) honda civic hatchback and DC2 model Acura Integra, but they are getting old... and its pretty ghetto! lol

So how hard do you think it'll be in a couple months to place an order for a Fit Sport with manual and Blaze Orange Metallic? im scared that there is low demand for manual and that they will discontinue the Fit soon since its been in japan and other countries FOREVER! lol sorry for the massive post but i cant wait till i start driving!

yes of course it is fit.

I like your sister.. Why? She is a smart girl. She owns an rx-7 which dont very often come in second place. It is a car in its own class and besides I own one and I have had two.
Why do people deliberate about buying fits? It is easy if you know what you want. Write it down in a list of what is important. Then look for that car at the fairest market price. Who knows you may end up with an Rx-8 or something cool

sound advice. that's exactly what i did, as well each car i test drove i wrote down what i liked and didn't like. some of things i hated on the civic si, i loved that the fit did better or different, for example.

basically, my needs were simple: great mileage, fun to drive, and reliable.

test drove the new rabbit, the yaris, the tc, and the civic si. the fit handles the BEST out of all of them, hands down. for me, handling is key, not power. if i wanted power, i'd be driving a 'vette.

You're only 15. A 2007 Beamer would go to waste if your mom was to buy it for you. why? Every teenager I've seen who their parents bought them a nice car, ends up totalled within a few months. Get the Fit. You might be slow but you're not gonna go out and kill yourself. Plus insurance is cheaper. I'm sure your mom works hard for her money, and she loves her kids, but kids with higher end cars is dangerous on the roads..

Good luck with the new car and drive safe kid...

BTW: GT is a game, not reality.. lol..
