Just got my new fit and I am proud to join up.

Just got my first tank of gas. I went 306 miles when I filled up with 8.96 gallons of gas. Mostly city driving.

To be honest this is my first new car. I have never owned a vehicle under 100,000 miles. When I bought the fit she had 14 miles on it. I am so in new car wonderment I wouldn't even know where to begin to mod. I would be scared to mess something up. I drove fords up until now with an average of 15-17 mpg. This is quite an experience for me.

I live in the Harrisburg PA area and I took her down to the Gettysburg battlefield and went up and down the hills, in and out of the monuments. I think it will be some time before I start modding the fit. My back ground is in computers and the only modding I do right now is to my computers heh. Maybe I should start thinking about making LED displays and UV sensitive changes to the car? heh

She is an automatic.

Im currently trying to get 3-4 fill ups behind me so I can get an accurate MPG reading. Just went past 600 miles I think it was yesterday.

I think I will start with the alloy wheels...then move on from there mod wise. I see some really neat LED lighting mods in the forums that I have been thinking of trying out.
