Hi! Just wanted to introduce myself to the fit forum. I'm the proud new owner of a Taffeta White 09 Fit Sport MT non-navi. I took advantage of the cash for clunkers program on July 28th... Traded in my beater 1990 G30 Box van with 378,000 miles and 7 running cylinders (Think U-haul truck). I was the unofficial winner of the largest clunker trade-in award.
After picking up my Fit, I went to visit my Dad and let him test drive it for a while... he was so impressed, we went back to the Honda dealer the next day. After searching high and low for a stick, my Dad turned in his old 4runner clunker and purchased a Taffeta White 09 Fit Sport MT non-navi as well.
Thanks everyone for sharing their accessory installs. I have the short shifter and CIPA auto dimming mirror (with temp and compass) on their way to resolve a couple of the minor things I wish the Fit had stock.
