New to forum

Well as I am about to buy an 09 Fit Sport I figured I would find a good forum to settle into. So as I have on other boards I will put a little history behind me for a look at who I am.

My Name is Chris, born and raised in Central FL. I have owned 2 other Honda's 1989 Prelude S and a 1991 CRX Si. Both were great cars and served me well, I then switched to my current car a 2003 VW GTI, great car but not great for my family needs. So I am going back to Honda, and the FIT is just what I need. As for myself, I am a network administrator. I have a degree in graphic design, and my own vinyl plotter of which I can make anything I choose into a vinyl graphic.

I have been into Car Audio and Computers for what seems to be forever. I started my Car Audio hobby in 1991 which took me all over the industry from selling to installing to competing to judging to working for IASCA and more. I have an extensive knowledge all though its NOT all knowing. BTW I am known to a lot of people from the SPL scene as "ALL4SPL" but I wanted to change it up since I am buying a FIT afterall! Computers I have been working on since around 1989 and have done a lot with them from graphic design to building machines, removing nasty virus's and more.

So feel free to ask me audio related questions, computer related questions I may not have the answer but good chance is I can find out the answer if I don't know off the top of my head.

Hope to have a good home here and a FIT in the garage by the end of this week.

See ya around!

Welcome to the forum. Warning, I'll have you converted to an SQ guy yet. I did the SPL thing for about a year but after I started getting tinnitus It was time to go SQ. I might have some box plans laying around for the perfect ported box for the Fit if I can track them down.

Good then the ported box I have now will work fine, I'll take some pics of it and upload them. I have been in the Car Audio hobby/industry for 20+ years. My wife did SQ, while it's nice I prefer more BASS, but with a side of SQ hence my components.
