Hello... Been lurking around.

I've been lurking around the forum for a while and finally decided to make an account only to lurk some more. Dad bought a Taffeta White '09 Base AT. Finally recently got my license [I'm only 16] and could drive it around. I really wanted a sport though but can't complain I guess. I have a lot planned for the car but I'm not too sure since I'm pretty indecisive haha. Hopefully I can get help around here.

Thanks =). I've seen some pretty sick Fits on the forum which has inspired me but still not too sure. For example, I don't know if I should keep my hood or go with a carbon fiber one. I've seen pictures of both but I still can't decide haha. I hate being indecisive =/

Ah, well in that case (as well as any other cosmetic mods) I'd collect images of Fits with carbon fiber hoods and without the hood, then save that collection somewhere were you can easily find it and not think about that mod for a week or two (a little longer would be ok).

Once that time has passed and you're still digging that mod the same way as when you first seen it then it may be a candidate; if not, then you saved yourself a few bucks and hours of lusting over that part.

Just a heads up though, carbon fiber hoods can fade if you don't wax them regularly. Though, I personally don't know what kind of wax to use or how often they need to be waxed.

Interesting... I actually didn't know that they fade if you don't wax them... Hmm o.o... I actually have to consider that now. I wanted a lot of carbon fiber parts like the JDP stuff. Hmm thanks for the info haha.

Any opinions? I'm not sure if I should go the JDP CF route or the MUGEN route x_x... Also, I haven't found any MUGEN white fits with a JDP CF Hood or back spoiler and would like to know what it would look like if anyone has any pics. Gahh... what to do...
