I thought I might be the first new forum member to be able to claim ownership of a 2013 model, but I see that at least one other beat me to it already. This is what came home with me today:

First thing I did was try to put my bicycle in it behind the front seats, in "tall" mode. I've seen many photos of bikes carried that way. Mine, however, would not fit, even with front wheel off. It's a full-size commuter bike, 26" wheels. As I went back and looked more closely at photos I've seen posted of bicycles carried this way, it seems that they're all ones with smaller wheels. So I chucked it in the back on its side. Not quite as satisfying, but a workable solution for now. I've seen some of the brackets/racks people have installed for carrying one or two bikes upright in the back, and may have to look into doing something similar.
