I must say I have had some faster cars......most recent was a 2.8 pullied Cobalt SS with all the bolt ons.

This is funner.

I have worked at a local Honda dealer as a Service Advisor for about 9 years. I have seen the Fit be introduced, and evolve. Ive always said, hey not me. It was cute....practical....well not me.

So fast forward and I give it a second look. Im tired of having to buy premium and my SS sucking it down. Im tired of the car. So lookey lookey a base 09 fit on the lot? Ill give it a shot.

Fun. Slow.......but fun. Nippy and spacious for my needs. OMG....regular gas and even beating on it averaging 35 mpg!

Mine was a lil different......lol.




It had 2.8/60s/zzp catted mid lenght header-dp/solid mounts/zzp fmhe/zzp 3 inch cai, etc......weighed 200 lbs lighter than stock. 2720.

ran a 13.8 @ 105 before weight loss (first time at track with that car...epic poor 60ft) through a stock airbox.....

last part of its life was a rally build. stock suspension with some rally style tires yokoham geolander at/s and some light 16 borbet cb's

fun car. not alot of love though
