Hello

Haven't even picked it up yet, but...

...new owner of an 07 JDM GE8 RS. Trading over from an EP3 Civic Type R. It's part of me growing up and being money conscious, but these things are WAY more interesting than I ever thought they would be.

I'm out for seeing what can be done with it.

So hello.

If you want to see what can be done.....555sexydrive has just the thread you're looking for. Probably the best GE thread on the site.

Say GE8 on the chassis, it's got the GE8 design. It's got extras like VSC that aren't on the GD, it has the L15A7 motor.

They started selling the GE8 in Japan in October 2007.

Hehe. I was slightly confused when I saw it because nowhere else sold the GE8 in 07, not even APAC region as the Jazz. But then I checked the chassis number in person it was GE8. Did a bit of research and turns out that pretty much straight away after they introduced it at the Tokyo Motor Show, they started selling them.

I guess it's unique in one way, anyway. 68,000km, manual too. First thing is new wheels. Saved a fortune on the trade from the Type R, so I can something nice.
