2008 Honda Fit
Hello! Im Christian, im a christian, and im from upstate NY.
I just traded my 2002 F-150 (yes i was a member on f150 forums) with 112k miles from south carolina for my 2008 Honda Fit with only 68k miles.
One owner previously, meticulous interior condition and very good exterior. No rust except where scratches were exposed to the weather and there are very tiny rust spots forming which i plan to fix. Tips appreciated on how to do that by the way!
Runs like brand new, drives like a dream. Tight, smooth, and versatile, ive never been happier with a car. As soon as i test drove it i knew i wanted it. Paid just under $8000 after taxes and registration was all worked in at the dealer, and according to motortrend, NADA, KBB, and Edmunds, thats a steal for the condition its in and miles on it.
Very glad to be a part of the new community for me of fellow Fit owners. I trust i can be a help in some areas and i definitely will need help with modifications i hope to do eventually.
God bless yall and enjoy the Fits!

Honda
Very true, sorry i havent been able to reply, my iphone died and it took three days to get a new one. It is the 5speed auto, base model without the paddle shifters. (which i wouldve enjoyed... but probably gotten in trouble with) After leaving my 2002 F-150 5spd 4x4 this quite a change!
Im also surprised at how high it likes to rev up before upshifting... Is this regular? I read that the VTEC likes to be revved up especially in the manual models but even the automatics let it rev up more than other similar vehicles. Its been a few years since i was up on the latest honda and vtec news because the truck had all my attention. Is this a new regular attribute of Honda and the VTEC engine?
Ill get some photos up when i get a chance if i can get them to upload from my phone...
