I'm about to just have the backseat reupholstered! Any ideas how to remove short dog hair from the carpet on the back of the backseat?! It seems impossible.... Help!

Hey, yes, unfortunately, this is close to impossible. I bought my 2013 fit sport used with some dog hair in it, and it took a very long of lint rolling and vaccumming. Go to a local car wash or gas station and use their vaccumm but be prepared to go through a few cycles! Good luck!

I have the same problem! I have even taken it into a local car wash with no luck. I have pretty much given up on it.

I use to work for a rental car company doing the detailing. The best thing that I found that worked was just using my hand rubbing repeatedly in the same direction. Worked to get 99% of the dog hair out of the seat.

It's so easy to do you'll be wondering why you didn't discover the trick. ..Buy a roll of masking/painters tape a 1 to 2 inches wide then peel back on the roll or your hand sticky side out then pat hair and odd lint and debris. Works extremely good with hair that just don't vacuum up. I always have a roll of the blue in my detail bucket. It gets ants and small bugs as well.
