Hello I just joined. Our '13 Prius Plug-In lease is ending in a few months and the '16 Fit shot to the top of my list (depending on availability/affordability). Good to tap into a resource like this when considering any new car. I live in the Northeast.

Yea the Prius sort of happened - we weren't even considering getting one, but stumbled across a rare incentive opportunity at the time that was too good to pass up. The whole Prius "thing" has been fun (hypermiling while taking care not to piss off other drivers or reinforce negative Prius-driver stereotypes), but next time it's unlikely that another Prius will be as affordable for us. Since we definitely want another hatchback (not sedan), my research led to Fit.
