Hello,
I have a 2009 Fit (base MT) with a salvage title that I purchased 2 years ago. I am hoping to maintain this car well and keep it reliable. Previously I had a 99 Civic which seemed fine at the time but I like the Fit better in almost every aspect.
I have been impressed by the amount of quality information on here and decided to join. I look forward to contributing to the forum.
Thank You

Just a quick welcome to you Yagi13. I'm pretty new here myself. Recently joined the ranks with a 2013 Sport Milano Red. Your post caught my attention since you mentioned the 99 Civic. I sold my 97 Civic to move to the Fit. I'm astounded at how different the two cars are. There are a few characteristics I will miss about the Civic, but I love the Fit already. BTW, I put 312k miles on the ole Civic and it was still my daily commuter for 75+ miles each workday. Leaked oil but didn't burn any that I could tell! I plan on having a similar tale to tell about the Fit someday...
