First post here. I've been wandering through the site and have seen some really valuable comments and suggestions.

I'm hoping someone can give me some pointers on removing/replacing the liftgate on an '07 Fit. I had a parking lot incident and stove in the tail gate - no other damage. I've found a replacement on Ebay, but I have to install it !

There is a wiring harness on the left and what appears to be a rubber hose in the center of the liftgate. How are these disconnected ? Do I have to remove the roof liner or is there a simpler way to do it ??
