Premature front brake wear on 2012 Fit?
I do a lot of city driving, and I know that small cars like the Fit are tough on tires, but how about brakes?
I just had to replace my front brake pads after only 22,000 miles. (98,000 to 120,000 miles) I don't ride the brakes, I coast and/or downshift on hills, depending on the grade.

wat kind of pads were in there, oem? 22k seems little premature, but if this is an AT and do heavy braking, it's possible i guess.
when i sold my GE, it was at about 20k-22k miles and pad had a good thickness left. mine was MT and i engine brake as usual.
and no, ive never had to replace my clutch on any of the 25+ new cars ive owned.

Did you personally replace the brakes or a shop?
What pads were used? (OEM or aftermarket)
Did you/they use or transfer (if aftermarket) all the shims and the tension springs (for some Hondas) for the brake pads?
