Auction house at $2400+ Fees+ Taxes= $3400.

Check engine lights:
P0420- Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank1
61-1- Batter Voltage Malfunction
17-1- Left Rear Wheel Speed Sensor Open or Short
15-1- Right Rear Wheel Speed Sensor Open or Short
14-1- Left Front Wheel Speed Sensor Malfunction
12-1 Right Front Wheel Sensor Malfunction

Took a chance and got this Fit from Auction House
Car runs fine, no hesitation on acceleration, brakes seems fine, Do see batter light came on a few times.

Base on your knowledge of Honda Fit, the two important ones are codes:
P0420 and 61-1
How would you tackle these issues?
Does O2 sensor could have cause P0420 and recommended (dont want to buy OEM Catalytic Converter) Cat Converter.
Checking Battery operation and/or replacement of Alternator? Based on code history by everyone.
