Fit foglight units, interchange with other Hondas?
All:
Are the light and reflector uints (not the brackets, trim, harness, etc.) used by Honda for the Fit used by any other Honda products?
There have been a few posts for people looking for pre-cut film and or replacement foglights for their Fits when the fog light is broken. To replace the one on the Fit, they find that one must buy the entire side unit:

But, if you look at the Accord, which appears to have an oval light similar to the Fit, you will see the light itself is listed (#1 and #2 in the drawing):

The (my) Fit's lens has the following identification:
STANLEY P5299L and R (left and right).
Anyone with a 2003-2005 Accord or that works at a dealer that could check on this? It might help those looking for replacement units/precut films.
