I don't know about the quality of those HID kits, but I have to vouch for dealextreme.com. I have ordered many items from there and they have excellent customer service.

if u look at the inlarged pic of the back of the box u can clearly see that it says "Made in China"

I would stay away from those

if you're an HT member, I recommend buying from Operatic. His kits are very good. $160 overnight shipped price. I have two sets, both for low and fog lights. Made in Germany as well
