yikes!! i wanted to install HIDs into the factory headlight but this makes me think twice... you can try adjusting the fogs higher?

 

holy crap that's far forward lol. Adjust the low beams closer to u. The foglights are correct they look perfect. That's how they are supposed to look. The foglights create a scattered light pattern, not projected forward.

 

ahh its like a spot-light though.. not even (low-beams).. is that correct?

Drop your head lights down a bit. On that wall pic, drop it about 1/2 and inch to 1 inch.
