Fog Lights and Blinding Glare Help

Hi everyone, I wanted to know if anyone can describe the process of changing the fog lights. For example, most people have like the yellow colored ones but i want mine to be a strong blinding bright blue, but i don't know what to do, what to buy, and where to start. As for the glare from the headlights, i like the glare like suzi_g (sweet car) has compared to the retrofit and i was wondering where should i get the stuff. I heard XenithXenons has some good products; And is it illegal to have the 8000k xenon thingys in ca on at night for the headlghts? Thanks.

Changing the foglight bulbs are easy. Remove the screw on the side of the housing and slide the whole unit out and then unplug the harness to the bulb. Get an H11 bulb that is whiter and same watt so you don't burn your wires. Replace and reverse the order you removed the foglights. As for hids I just saw someone on the forum install theirs and it looks very good. The cutt off is very pronounced and has minimal glare. I would try to stick to 6000k max since it gives the white/bluish color. Going 8000k it will be really blue and you lose useable light.
