Fit lights question
Hi everyone, I just bought a 2008 Fit Sport today and had a couple questions for you guys.
1. Has anyone figured out a way to rewire the fog lights so they can be used when just the marker lights are on?
2. I am looking for some good blue headlight bulbs. I don't want them super blue but just a blue tint to the light.
3. The car I bought comes with the factory fog lights but I really want them to be yellow. I was wondering if it would be ok to just replace the stock bulbs with yellow ones, and can someone please post a link to buy them or maybe the part# for the bulb?
Thanks
-James

1) theres a DIY on how to make your fog lights independent, meaning you can turn them on anytimeee. tryy searching for that.
2) order a plug and play HID kit... 6k temperature would probably be the color you're looking for.
3) you can always just get some yellow vinyl overlay from one of the members here on FF and install it pm azncarbos for that

There are several DIY threads here for the GD that are labeled something on the lines of "Independent Fog Lights" and if I recall correctly they allow you to run the fogs without the low beam to be on. As for blue headlights, PIAA's Xtreme White bulbs may be what you are after (bulb size H4). And for the yellow fogs, either PIAA'S Plasma Ion or Nokya's will should do the trick (H11). Also, another alternative for yellow fogs is to cover the lens with a yellow lamin-x film. It both protects the $200+ fog light lens and tints the light shining through it.

Thanks for the replies
I actually did the Fog light re-wire today. Awesome tutorial and it only took me like 15 minutes. I just had to go to Autozone for the add-a-circuit. Everything works perfectly. I will look into the HID kit and the yellow bulbs soon. Thanks again for the advice.
