not sure if it's too late, but i have the sportline kit on my fit. you can feel the difference between stock and now. its more stiff now. when i had the stock springs, i could easily feel the body roll. now i don't feel any body roll. also, if you don't care about a bumpy ride, then go with this. with these springs on my car, you can feel every small dip in the road or feel anything while rolling on the road.
the look is also very aggressive, which is in my liking.

can someone tell me how long springs last before my shocks and struts blow?
is it that the stiffer the springs, the faster it'll be to wear out the shocks and struts?

Struts blow not because of spring rate but because of the drop a spring gives.

It reduces the range of motion of your strut and makes it so it always is more compressed. Usually anything arounf 1 inch in drop will not severely reduce strut life but I think the sportline kit is closer to 2 inches.

I don't our cars in N.A. are old enough to know when they will blow but it will happen sooner in your case.

This is probably one of the other reasons why your ride is now pretty bumpy, your springs aren't matched too well with your struts.

do you think if i change my springs to tanabe gf210s or tanabe df210s, my struts and shocks would have less strain on them?

It's not about who makes the springs, it's about the overall drop.

Either stay close to 1 inch drop with stock struts or hold out until you can get matches springs/struts or full coilovers if you want to go lower.
