Need Feed Back!

thanks for all the feed back! Does anyone have the sportline kit? I am just interested because it give a huge drop and i am hoping they give a more progressive stance. I just would also like to know if the sport line kit gives better performance than the pro kit.

there's no such thing as 'better performance' from lowering springs
unless you change out the dampers.
best you can do is try to get the closest spring rates to stock.
problem with eibach is that they don't advertise their spring
rates... do they?
i was able to find most of them except for Eibach and some other
smaller name JDM springs. i ended up going with DF210s cause they
are pretty close to stock.

I am on Eibach Pro.
It is low enough! I can't even imagine going with Sportline's! Suspension needs travel to work properly.
I am borderline on being satisfied. I am big time into handling, but I got spoiled with Kg/mm Dual Progressive Rate springs with comfort, too. I had them on my GSR and now with minor mod on my CRX. I can't get a hold of them!!@#$%^&*!!!!
Anyway, below is the link to my Picasa album with my Fit before and after pics with Eibach Pro's:

Ok well im not an expert on this but i know some by listening to Manxman and Ciburri at meets. Dual rate means when your driving regualar the srings feel like stock, and they are not stiff and harsh, but right when you turn the get really stiff and give you ultra handling!

Tyler
that's called progressive rate.
linear rate is just one rate.

Actually Kg/mm were built with two progressive rates in one spring. As if you have Porsche Cup car suspension with primary and tender spring on each corner.
I am not 100% sure, but I think they got that done by changing the thickness of the coil wire on portion of the spring. I never bothered to measure.
I would not believe it, but I have a set that was for my GSR that I made some top perch modifications to fit on my CRX on Koni's.
Eibach, H&R and likes are very good progressive springs, but these Kg/mm are so different on a car it is hard to believe it is not an active suspension.
Problem is looks like this very small, but highly specialized company in Japan is unreachable. Few members and myself are trying everything to get to the bottom of the situation. If nothing else we will try to find somebody who has some sets left over.
I think I am going to change my signature to give the issue more exposure on the forum. Maybe somebody overseas can help. I started a tread in suspension section a while back and we thought we got close:

^^ yah, well your link title even states dual rate "progressive" rate springs.
but i see what you're saying. 2 linear rate springs on top of each
other. the soft one collapses all the way and then the rate goes to
the firmer spring which is also linear to provide like a dual "stage"
rate. makes sense.
some people mis-interpret helper springs as tender springs and think
helper springs actually does something to soften the ride. well, it
sorta does, but it's there more to prevent spring rattle at full extension.
interesting.
