An air grinder, grinding wheel, or dremel are the easiest ways to do it. I used an air grinder and it was like 20 seconds to get the nubs off. Pretty easy to take a finger off while you are at it.

vote this for sticky hard to find! and where is the diy on the soldering stuff? i can't find it.
