Help parking light bulb

I'm trying to change the parking lightbulbs but I cannot get them out has anyone done this can tell me when I'm doing wrong I read the manual it says twist and pull I did it's not working any insight would be great

twist counter clockwise it's a bit hard though or you can use a long nose pliers..
