Light Dimming

So I'm not sure if this is a common thing on the Fit but let's say my head lights are turned off and I roll my window down, the front DRL or whatever dims a bit. I'm a bit worried as to something may be absolutely wrong. lol

When idling the fit's lights dim a lot. Happens to my car too. A voltage Stabilizer reduces the effect by a bit.

Oh right, it actually only dims when I pull the driver window button up. Even if hte window is fully up and I just pull the button, the head lights will just dim. DAMNn
