ignited HID

does any one have experience with them? they seem to get alot of coverage in magazines, or at least i always notice feature cars with ignited hid decals on them. are you just buying the name or are they really good? they better be good for the price i think the cheapest i have seen them was like $350. my question is will paying that much for a halogen to hid conversion kit eliminate any and all glare, give you the perect cut off and wash your dishes? it just doesnt seem to be a reasonable price for something that is still going to produce mondo glare and possibly get you a ticket.

Nope, havent heard of it. I'd check out xenithxenons.com Koolkevin has a review somewhere about it. For cheap price and decent quality, I'd look there.

You're buying the name, but I guess with more well known companies perhaps the warranty would be a bit better or reliable? I actually bought my no name kit from a seller on a local forum, so far he's been pretty good (my friend had to use his warranty on a part), but who knows, maybe a few months down the road he'll be gone... so much for that warranty. Other than that, buying the $350 kit vs. a $150 kit won't really change the cut off or glare that much. It might change a bit depending on the manufacturer etc.etc. But it's still not gonna be perfect.
