Black housing led tails

Saw these on a website I kinda like them mostly cause I dont think anybody else would be rocking them, plus I think they look ok. But what yall think????

IMO i really dont like them i was never really in to the altezza style tail light but like i said thats just me

me either but i do like to have black housing head and taillights but my grey fit doesnt come with the black ones the black one does some im going to just buy a set from dealer but I wanted black tails to match these were the only ones that look almost like the clear jdm led's and since ther are cheap i might try them but thanks cause I dont want to be rolling around with something that looks like them fake ass altezza's

Im not really a big fan either. They look like APC made a comeback tour. They are certainly unique so if thats the look your going for i cant see that many people getting them so if you like them then go ahead and get them

If my fit was black I would prolly get them but im not sure yet but so far the poll says NO

IMO they look to much euro tail lights but if u like em u should definitely rock them good luck with ur choice!!!

I wanted to do something similar to that when I tried to open up my JDM tails, but couldn't get them open. And to add to this. THAT is NOT what I pictured in my mind!

It would have looked a lot better on the JDM's. Reason is because the LED's are recessed into the plastic honey combs. You wouldnt see the LED's like above.

The tails above are just black housing with LED's stuck in the housings.
Looks very Ebay.

Id still go for it Patrick.

Has any body tried some of the smoke colored lens spray did it turn out good, cause mabey I will get the jdm clear led's and spray the film over them, but the cans that they sell in the shops around here never have one word of english on the box so I was wondering if anybody tried some before

I have withdrawals about it everyday Ray (rhyme unintentional). But I think it is next to impossible or beyond my skill set since I mutilated one of my tails and made zero progress getting it open. That sucker didn't even budge.

Go to your local hobby shop and you will find Smoke spray in a can. It should be around $5 for a small can and it is used to give hobby cars tinted windows.

It has to come off some way.

HONDAJUNKIE, That can of smoke spray you posted, thats the same stuff I used for my amber spray.
Its made by a company called Vans.
