H4H/L bulb

H4H/L bulb

Will this type of bulb work in the headlight? I've never seen this type of bulb before.

That's an HID bulb. You'll need an HID ballast kit for it to work.

i have some of those lying around. i was just wondering why this particular bulb had a halogen component as well, and would it physically fit in the headlight housing.

It should fit. H4 is what the Fit uses.
