I have an HID kit installed with HID for low & halogen bulb for high beam. Problem is the halogen bulbs don't come on when the high beam is selected. And the HIDs go off when the high beam is selected.

Is there a relay needed for the halogens to work? The kit is not from XX, it was purchased locally through a performance shop. My friends did the install on my '08. A few other FITs ('07-'08) have the same kit and the same problem. Also, another Fit owner has a different kit but simarily feature and can not get the halogens to work either.

Sorry if this question/situation has been asnwered before but there's just too much threads and posts to go through. If it's been answered before, hopefully the moderators can make it a sticky!?

u sure u got the bixenon kit?
or hi/lo kit?
ther should be 3 wires coming from your bulb to put into the socket..cuz the socket has 3 females connectors
one for ground
one for low
one for high
