hmm sorry to ask this but umm.. doo they sell HID with ballasts not just the bulbs?.. or do they not make it like that.... if so i cant really find it on ebay only just bulbs

best one on ebay, ive bought like 25 kits from them and havnt had a problem with any of them, got them on all my cars and i have the 3000k hids on yellow lamin-x film for the fogs, looks amazing.
