HID conversion, but what about the fogs?

Just a quick question---I am wanting to get a HID conversion with 6000k for the headlights, but what if I don't want to for the fogs??? Will the fogs be useless compared to the HID's? Can I get a brighter bulb for the fogs? I ask, cuz money IS a factor, and I dont want to spend the money on HID's for headlights, AND fogs!!!

You should be fine with halogen bulbs in your fogs. I have a retro with TSX projectors using 4300k bulbs and I use 3000k halogen bulbs in my fogs and they work just fine. I do notice a difference when my fogs are on and off.

i'm using 6000K HID headlights and 3000K HID foglight for the fall, winter, and spring and 6000K HID foglights for the summer. They work great!!

you can definitely see that the fogs fill in an area below the headlight's pattern. i only have stock fogs, and you can always add bulbs to your stock fogs.

Can somebody do me a big favor? Please

I just installed H11 HID in my fog and the beam pattern seems a bit off. I forgot what the OEM beam pattern looks like.

So can somebody take a picture of just their fog light beam pattern up against the wall, and on the ground, while covering their low beam headlights.

Thanks
