GE JDM Tails Install

Does anyone know how the light bulbs go into the 09 JDM tail lights? I've tried pluging them in, but I cannot get some of the wires to stretch.

Go here to see my install pics. You need to take the white clips off on the right rear and onthe drivers side I just pulled the wires to get slack.
