To be honest, those look pretty dull for real HIDs. The evo link is more like how bright they should be in terms of output.

The reason why the Fit cutoffs look dull is because the stock Fit optics are halogen reflectors. The evo cutoff was created by a halogen projector.

While not a HID projector, a projector in general will create a more defined cutoff and more light output.

They're also looked dull due to the fact of being a 6k kit, whereas if he would have just used a stock 4300k kit then the light output would have been greater.

Here's my 4300k kit from just lower then the height of your taken, and i'm not nowhere near as blinded, and mine is alos much clearer aswell, might have to do with the lower heat range though.

so you still get the cutoff..... doesnt look as sharp as it would with the halogen, but looks like its pretty clear in the distance, (im assuming that the light cuts off right below those taillights in front of you.

what kit did you use again? and do you happen to have a picture of the HID bulb that you used?

The wall cutoff shot that you took appears to have been taken at too close of a distance.

The result is kinda funny though, it looks like you can see two faces in the shot.
