HID relay fuse keeps blowing

So, My standard halogen bulbs finally burnt out on my 2013 fit and for fun I decided to buy a Kensun 4300k bi/xenon HID from amazon. I received it in the mail today and installed it with proper grounding and such. I started my fit and let it run, I turned on the lights and my HIDs worked fine, I let them run for 10 mins and shut them off. later i got into my car for some late night grocery shopping. POP! i heard a fuse blow, the 15A fuse that was on the relay has popped. I have an extra 20A, so I swapped them out and still got the same result. I have started doing some research on the forums and other forums about relay fuses burning out when you turn your lights on. Some people suggest running a 30A fuse but I don't want to ruin my electrical system or damage anything else to the car. Can anyone help? suggestions?
