I was wondering if anyone has installed these on a sport model. I have a 2011 and The website says they are for the base model only. Anyone know why they don't fit and how much work it would take to get to get them to fit?

 

not plug and play fit for 09-11 sport. however someone has fabbed a custom bracket to make it fit.

 

I'm about to order a set for my 13 sport, do you have a link to the mod thread?

pretty sure xxryu was the one that left that comment on retrofit source.. he posted some pics in the what did you do to your ge thread I believe

My one lens is cracked... but I put the film over.. will switch over to these if it cracks further

 

yeah that was me. anyway my passenger side is dead, havent had a chance to see why yet, but they shud be able to replace it no problem.

I just place an offer on eBay,... for this foglight....
if I am lucky I got it,
if not, I buy it maybe in 2 months or so

When it is working, does it shine brighter than the factory fog light?
and is it white or like some people comment that it is a bit purple...
I hope it is not blinding to oncoming traffic...
